Room available in friendly house near freo in ATTADALE, Western Australia for sale

Hiya,
I have a medium sized unfurnished room with a large BIR. It is $200 p/w but there's an option to get a third housemate to reduce rent. It is a nice, homely house in a good area, 8 min drive to freo and close to shops and public transport.
To share with myself, 26yo female vet nurse. I'm very relaxed, open minded and friendly. I have dogs and cats who I adore and are inside/outside so u MUST be an animal lover!! They give great smoochy cuddles! I will consider another pet if u have one but must be discussed first to ensure a happy house! I do the majority of the housework, but u must be housetrained too!
You will need to cosign on the lease and pay some bond on the house. Need someone who can absolutely commit long term.
I am social and have friends over sometimes, love a drink on wkds but not a late night party animal. I am respectful of people's space and would love a housemate who is friendly too :) I don't mind male or female but prefer someone who can speak English fluently so there's no communication issues.
*this is a happy house so u must be a happy person too!! And it's important u understand how a share house works and are able to communicate well.
