Parks/jogging-cycleways are on the other side of the road. It’s 15 mins to Perth CBD, 15 mins to Freo, close to bus stop on Canning Hwy, 5 mins to Point Walter reserve and Garden City shopping centre.
The rooms are good sized- 1 has a double bed and a bedside(can be removed if required) The other is unfurnished. Both have built in wardrobes.
The house is 2 storeys, it’s very modern with living areas both upstairs & downstairs and has new carpet throughout. It’s fully furnished with unlimited WiFi internet, Foxtel in both lounge rooms. It has a nice big kitchen and huge backyard with BBQ & entertaining area. Double lock up garage- I will have 1 spot, 1 person gets the other and the 3rd person can park in the driveway.
About me- I’m a 36 yr old male- I'm pretty easy going, love my music and sports. I do shift work on the wharves at Freo, working most weekends, which means you will have the place to yourself quite a bit (but will also mean you need to be considerate of me sleeping at strange hours!)
I also have a beautiful, very friendly, non-barking dog (staffy) so you MUST be a dog person as I will occasionally need you to look after her when I'm away on holidays(she's a really low maintainence dog)
About you- Looking for someone friendly, honest, reliable with the rent & bills, sociable and enjoys a BBQ & bevy but not a party animal! Must be clean & tidy and willing to help out with household duties as I like to keep the place looking good. No couples sorry.
I will need 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent upfront and the price does not include utilities/internet/pay tv which will be split equally between the 3 of us.
