Great Tokina lens Made in Japan. Nikon Mount. Not another cheap Chinese crappy lens.
This is a very good, sharp lens, it works on Full Frame cameras as well !!
That means it will also work well on your D700, D600 and D800 full frame camera.
It's all metal lens, not plastic body like cheap stuff from latest days.
Always been used with a filter in front of the glass.
Comes with paper manual, front and back caps.
NOTE: Lens doesn't have internal focus motor, so you need to have a camera with internal focus motor to get Autofucus working with this lens.
In other words, Autofocus will work with these Nikon:
D50, D70, D70s, D80, D90, D100, D200, D300, D300s, D600, D700, D800/D800E, D7000, D7100 D1-series, D2-series, D3-series and D4 models
With any other model of Nikon you can use it just on Manual Focus.
Lens is in perfect condition. No signs of use or abuse...
I've used it on my Nikon D800 for a while, and it works very well.
The D800 is well known to being a very hard test bench for any lens due to its huge 36 Mpixel sensor... and well, this lens resolves more pixels then many other Nikon Tamron and Sigma lens that cost even 10 times more then this one !!!
I've been really impressed from the results.
I wouldn't sell it honestly, but I'm covered on that focal lengh range having other lens. Tired to see this awesome piece of glass sitting there in the corner...
You can have an UV filter for $10 more if you want it.
